How to Use Diagrimo

1. Create with Diagrimo AI

Before transforming your ideas into visuals, Diagrimo's AI assistant, powered by the latest ChatGPT model, helps you instantly create engaging content fast, smart, and effortlessly.

• Enter your page title in the input bar.
• Press the Space bar to wake up the AI assistant and type your topic.
  
• Click Generate to let Diagrimo create ready-to-use content in seconds.
• If you're not satisfied with the generated text, use Diagrimo AI's Polish function to enhance clarity, tone, and structure instantly.
  

2. Generate Your Visuals

• Select the paragraph or block of text you want to visualize. Click the Visualize to the left of your selection.
  
• In seconds, Diagrimo generates a variety of chart styles based on your content. Browse the options in the left sidebar, choose your preferred design, and create the perfect visualization.
  

Not happy with your chosen style? Simply click the Change Style icon on the diagram toolbar to browse and switch between visual templates.

3. Customize Your Visuals

Select any element within the visual image to unlock editing tools for granular control. Beyond basic edits, you can apply professional background colors, adjust advanced text attributes, and fine-tune the stroke and fill of any visual component.

Export and Share Your Work

Once your diagram looks the way you want, you can export or share it in just a click.

Export Your Work

1. Download Image

• In your diagram box, click the Download icon in the right-side toolbar of the diagram.
  
• The diagram will automatically export as a PNG image.

Tip:

Diagrimo will continue to expand its visual export options, including more formats beyond PNG, to give you greater flexibility for sharing and presenting your visuals.

2. Export Document

• Click the Export icon at the top-right corner of the workspace toolbar.
  
• When the export window appears, you'll see that the document is set to export as a PDF in A4 format. Click Export to download your file.

Share Your Work Online

To share your visuals online or collaborate with your team, Diagrimo now offers flexible sharing options via direct email invitations or shareable links.

• Click the Share icon at the top right corner of the page to open the sharing settings and select your preferred method.

  • Invite via Email: Enter the email addresses of your collaborators. They will receive an invitation email and can access the document directly by clicking the link inside.

  • Share via Link: Ensure the access setting is set to "Anyone," then click Copy Link. You can paste this link into an email, chat, or document for instant access.

  
• Click the Bell icon in the top navigation bar to view alerts. You will receive notifications here when someone shares a document with you or requests permission to view your work.
